This project was a continuation of the Soonchild Project were we designed a show that would be able to be toured around schools and community centres. This will be a Research and Development working with Red Earth Theatre Company, devising ways to present elements of the children's picture storybook The Red Tree by by Shaun Tan. At this start of this project I was on a four week scenic painting placement at Nottingham Playhouse Theatre, which meant that I was missing for the initial planning and development. When I returned I assisted with the build and scenic painting but also the technical aspects of the performance.
