For this speculative design project, we were asked to design for the play Seven Acts of Mercy. Within the design process, I explored different shapes that I had found within my research and experimented with layering the different structures and shining light through them.  One thing I found difficult was trying to combine the two very different locations that are in the play and not making them look like split screen effect for the audience. One of the main aspects I wanted to include within this set was dramatic lighting using the church like shapes.
